General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at test-merchant-1@ or call us at +413531513513 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the original packing slip or a note with your order number and RMA number.
  3. Mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at test-merchant-1@test.goog.com to arrange the exchange.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or product, the easiest way is to return the original item for a refund (as per the policy above) and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
