1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Processing times for personalized or custom-engraved watches may be longer. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated processing times for such items, or contact us for more information.
- During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Domestic Shipping (within US):
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 business days. Cost: 100 CHF.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days. Cost: 150 CHF.
- Free Standard Shipping: Available for domestic orders over CHF 1,000.
- International Shipping:
- We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 business days. Cost: "Calculated at checkout".
- Express International Shipping (e.g., via DHL, FedEx): Estimated delivery within 3 business days. Cost: "Calculated at checkout".
- Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
- Pomme Tablets Inc. is not responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied to your order. All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.
- We are required by law to declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all international packages.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
- You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Insurance
- All shipments from Pomme Tablets Inc. are insured against loss or damage during transit until the package is delivered to you.
- If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Damaged Items policy below.
6. Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at test-merchant-1@test.goog.com.
- Please provide your order number and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
- Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered by the carrier, please contact us at test-merchant-1@test.goog.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
- We will assist you in liaising with the shipping carrier to locate your package. However, Pomme Tablets Inc. is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided. Please ensure your shipping location is secure.
- We may require you to file a police report for stolen packages before we can proceed with a resolution.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order.
- If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at test-merchant-1@test.goog.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
- Pomme Tablets Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
9. P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
- We can ship to P.O. Boxes using FedEx.
- We can ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery times to these addresses may be longer.
